God, thank You for meeting me in this ordinary day. Help me notice what is in front of me instead of being pulled in every direction. Give me patience with the people I encounter, care in the work I do, and honesty about what I am carrying. When I feel hurried or distracted, steady me. Teach me to receive this day one part at a time, trusting You with what I cannot control. Give me courage for what needs to be done and quietness for what can wait. Keep my heart open to Your wisdom. Let my words bring peace where I can offer it, and let me return to You when I lose my way. Amen.
